Terms & Conditions — Atoll Mart

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Atoll Mart ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Atoll Mart. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile up to date.

4. Listings & Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Listings must be accurate and must not include prohibited items (counterfeit goods, illegal items, adult content, etc.). Atoll Mart reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

5. Transactions

Atoll Mart is a listing platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. All transactions are at the sole risk of the parties involved. We encourage safe, in-person exchanges in public places.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Harassing or threatening other users
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or scrape the Platform
Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Atoll Mart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any user.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
